My Ground

Much of my life and work has unfolded at moments where the way forward was not yet clear, but continuing as before was no longer possible.

I wanted to step into new forms of responsibility — in my work, in how I relate, in how I stand — without yet knowing how to do that honestly, or daring to do it all at once.

Over time, I came to understand that these thresholds did not primarily ask me to cross them, but to stay with them — to be present with what was taking shape, even when it felt exposed, uncertain, or unfinished.

This stance has been formed in different fields of my life: in becoming a coach, in working with others, and in entering and sustaining a committed partnership.

This work stands in a lineage that has taught me to trust presence over explanation, and responsibility over technique. It rests on encounters with others who made it possible for me to recognize this stance and trust it. I carry this work with a sense of indebtedness and care for what they brought into the world.

This is the place from which I accompany others.
